How FireXscore handles your information.

FireXscore is built as an assumption-based early-retirement confidence platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us about your data.

Important privacy note: FireXscore does not store your financial planning inputs such as corpus, expenses, savings, asset allocation, milestones, or real estate assumptions. These inputs are used to generate your session results and are not retained as personal financial records by FireXscore.

1. Who we are

FireXscore provides educational, assumption-based retirement confidence insights for FIRE seekers, retirees, serious planners, and financial advisors. FireXscore is not a substitute for personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, or retirement advice.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you interact with FireXscore, we may collect the following information:

Name, email address, company name, job title, and role when you request Pro or Advisor Beta access.
Email address used for secure sign-in and account access.
Account information such as role, access status, run limits, subscription or beta access period, and usage count.
Messages you send to us at hello@firexscore.com or through a LinkedIn Lead Gen form.
Basic website or application logs that may include browser, device, date/time, and technical diagnostic information.

3. Financial inputs and simulation data

FireXscore may process retirement assumptions that you enter during a session, including current age, retirement age, expenses, corpus, savings, income, asset allocation, return assumptions, milestone withdrawals, and real estate contingency assumptions.

These planning inputs are used to calculate results such as FireX Score, Success Probability, funded retirement years, projections, and confidence views. FireXscore does not store these financial inputs as part of your user profile.

4. How we use information

We use collected information to:

Provide secure sign-in and account access.
Manage free, Pro, Advisor, beta, or admin access.
Respond to Pro or Advisor Beta requests.
Share product updates, access information, or walkthrough details when relevant.
Improve reliability, security, and product experience.
Understand interest in FireXscore and plan future product development.

5. LinkedIn Lead Gen forms

If you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen form for FireXscore, LinkedIn may share the details you submit with us, such as your name, work email, company, job title, and responses to form questions. We use this information to follow up about FireXscore Advisor Beta, Pro access, walkthroughs, or related product information.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only when needed to operate FireXscore, such as with cloud hosting, email, authentication, analytics, or support providers, or when required by law.

7. Data retention

We retain account, access, and contact information only as long as reasonably needed for beta access management, support, product communication, compliance, and business records. You may request deletion or removal from communications by writing to hello@firexscore.com.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and contact information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid entering highly sensitive personal information into free-text messages unless necessary.

9. Cookies and analytics

FireXscore may use basic cookies, logs, or analytics tools to operate the website, understand usage, improve performance, and diagnose issues. If third-party analytics or advertising tools are added in the future, this policy may be updated to describe them more specifically.

Ask us to stop sending product or beta access communications.

11. Children

FireXscore is intended for adults evaluating financial independence, retirement confidence, or advisory planning workflows. It is not intended for children.

We may update this policy as FireXscore evolves, including when new access plans, integrations, analytics, payment options, or advisor workflows are introduced. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
